Nectarine and Mint Spritzer

"My Hubby's Garden" is producing all kinds beautiful fruit and veggies. We have soo many that I'm finding new ways to use them all.. Hubby came inside with the prettiest Nectarines he pulled from the tree and I knew I had to make something with them. I didn't want to bake anything, so I came up with this Delicious Spritzer for a Hot Summers Day.. 

Ingredients:

Sugar

Mint 

Nectarine

Perrier Water (Seltzer water)

Your Favorite White Wine

Pestle

Put 2 Tablespoons of sugar and 4 mint leaves in glass.

Grind mint leaves and sugar together to infused them 

Place nectarines in mint/sugar mixture 

Grind together, again

Add Ice Cubes

Add favorite White Wine

Add Perrier (Seltzer or Tonic Water) 

Garnish with Nectarine and Mint Leaf
